Most clients are perfect candidates! However, if you have severe eye sensitivity, recent eye surgery, or eye infections, we recommend a consultation first to ensure your safety.

Expect 2-3 hours depending on the style which includes an in depth personalised consultation for first time appointments

Each client has a unique lash growth and shedding cycle but it is usually recommended to reschedule your refills every 2-3 weeks to help maintain full and flawless results. lash lifts the effects can last 6-8 week

Yes you can shower and get your lashes wet right after your appointment! In fact I will usually cleanse my clients lashes at the end of each appointment.

With lash lifts it is recommended to keep your lashes dry so that the nourishing aftercare step can be left on as long as possible. But wetting them will not ruin or undo your lash lift

• Waterproof mascara is not recommended

• Brush with spoolie daily

• Clean gently with lash-friendly, oil-free cleanser every day

When applied by trained professionals who carefully assess the health of your natural lashes and with proper aftercare, they’re designed to shed naturally with your lashes—no damage involved.

Eyelash extensions should never feel uncomfortable. If this is the case please contact us immediately. Ensuring your comfort and safety are always the priority.

Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to maintain service quality for all clients.

Yes - If your existing set meets our quality standards ( 50% or more
Remaining, safe practises and isolation of the natural lashes) we are more than happy to offer a refill. Please book under a “foreign refill”We may also suggest a removal and full set if these standards are not met. If you are unsure please contact us so we are better able to manage your time expectations
